Hello, I’m Amy Flores and I’m passionate about helping children, teens, and adults step into the best version of themselves. I have been in the counseling profession since 2006 and I bring a warm, open-minded approach to every client relationship by creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported.

I have experience working with anxiety, life transitions, women issues, relationship issues, self-esteem, grief, school issues and stress management. I utilized an integrative approach of evidenced based techniques and interventions with modalities such as Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.

I will be here to walk alongside you as you navigate change, growth, and self-discovery.
